These terms govern your use of Logyka, a desktop application provided by Eric PAOLI, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur) (30 impasse des amandiers, France). By downloading, activating or using Logyka you agree to them.
A purchased license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Logyka for your own personal or business use, activated on up to three machines per license. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or activation mechanism.
Logyka may be used on a time-limited free trial. When the trial ends a valid license is required to continue using the application.
AI features require an API key from a third-party provider that you supply and pay for directly. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, output, or cost of third-party AI services.
Orders are sold and fulfilled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller of record and handles billing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
Logyka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss or corruption of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your databases. Because Logyka can modify data in the databases you connect, you use write operations at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
