We want you to be happy with Logyka. A free 14-day trial lets you fully evaluate the app before buying, so you can be confident it fits your workflow.
If you purchased a license and it isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
Email eric@logyka.fr with your order number or the email used at checkout. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
