This policy explains what data Logyka ("we", operated by Eric PAOLI, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur)) collects and how it is used. We designed Logyka to be private by default: the application runs on your machine and does not route your database queries or results through our servers.
Your database credentials are stored locally in your operating system's secure keychain and never sent to us. Your AI provider API keys are stored the same way. When you use the AI features, requests go directly from your machine to the AI provider you configured (bring your own key); we are not an intermediary. With Privacy mode enabled, your result rows are never transmitted — only your database schema is used to generate SQL. We do not collect telemetry about the queries you run.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). When you buy a license, Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to process the transaction (name, email, billing details, and, where applicable, VAT information) and issues your license key. Their handling of that data is governed by the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy. We receive limited order information (such as your email and order details) to deliver the product and provide support.
When you activate a license, the app sends your license key and a machine identifier to Lemon Squeezy to register and validate the activation. This is used solely to enforce the license terms.
This site is a static marketing page. We do not set advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For requests about order data, contact us; for data held by the payment processor, contact Lemon Squeezy.
